| The Post-ITT Web Site is a collection
of resources and activities to help students, parents and educators
plan for transition from secondary to postsecondary schools. We are
confident that you will find information and resources that will assist
you. Permission is granted to download and reproduce Post-ITT materials
for non-commercial educational purposes.
This Web site and the activities it contains were developed at Washington Research Institute in Seattle, Washington. The development was supported
by two grants from the United States Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs. However, the contents do not represent the policy of the Department of
Education and you should not assume endorsement by the Federal Government.
Important notice:
Funding to support the hosting of the Post-ITT web site will end
on February 29, 2010. This web site will no longer exist after
that time. As noted above, permission is granted to download and
reproduce Post-ITT materials for non-commercial education purposes.
An effort will be made to transfer some of the unique Post-ITT
features to other web sites. Watch this site in the coming weeks
for developments in this regard.
You will be interested to know that The Virginia Commonwealth
University has created and supports an excellent web site titled Going-to-College (going-to-collge.org)
which covers the same material as Post-ITT and much more. This
web site
is supported
by the United States Department of Education, Office of Special
Education and Rehabilitative Services (# H324M030099A). We recommend
it highly.
