Activity 43

Once a student is admitted to college, meeting with the Disability Services (DS) is crucial. This office will review disability documentation and walk through specific procedures for accessing accommodations. Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship will help your son or daughter.

Requesting Academic Accommodations, Sheila Graham, Ed. D and Roger L. English, M.Div. provides practical information on how to make requests of individuals with different attitudes toward accommodations.
