The Postsecondary Innovative Transition Technology Project (Post-ITT) provides resources and training for high school students with disability who are considering college. This support module is designed for parents of these students. The seven major sections listed on the left correspond to the seven sections of the Post-ITT Guidance Activities. As you use this module, expect to find references to each activity and related resources. You will also find suggestions for working your son or daughter as they plan for college.

Although you will find links to the Post-ITT activities throughout this training module, you might also find it convenient to download the entire set of activities or teacher manual. The "View Teacher Manual" and "View Activities" buttons will bring up portable document format (PDF) files that you can use. We have used these this file type because of their size. You will need Acrobat Screen Reader software to view and print these files. Follow the link on the overview tab to download this free software.
